"Suicide by Cop" Triggered the French Riots

Video of the shooting of the Algerian youth that triggered the riots in France shows that the person most responsible for his death was himself. 

Also, to be clear, the riots were not "caused" by the shooting. They were caused by France having a large underclass of the criminally inclined, who cynically used the shooting and video as a trigger for their swarm tactics to enjoy several days and nights of looting, violence, vandalism, and probably rape.
